The Philadelphia Zoo has announced that the new baby gorilla is a girl and has launched an online poll for the public to vote on her name. The lowland gorilla was born last month, but since she was being held so closely by her mother, 21-year-old Honi, zoo staff could not determine her sex. The baby's father is 31-year-old Motuba. Vendor Kicked Out of Fair, Search for Teens Involved in Robbery, National Voter Registration Day

A vendor was kicked out of a fair in Bloomsburg after visitors of the fair had brought up complaints because he was selling nazi flags. The vendor, Lawrence Betsinger, had a nazi flag displayed outside of his booth. A photo was posted to the fair's Facebook page on Monday displaying the flag outside his booth. Police are now investigating a shooting that left one man dead on Sunday night in Burlington County. 37-year-old Norman Mosley who lived in Alfred Drive, in the Brown Mills section of Pemberton Township was shot in his house after two men wearing masks broke in after 10 pm. Mosley was rushed to Deborah hospital by someone who was with him in the house. He was pronounced dead shortly after 11 pm. Police are now searching for a driver who was involved in a hit and run accident that happened in the Rhawnhurst section of Philadelphia. The accident took place in the early morning hours of Sunday morning at Castor and Bleigh avenues. Officials in Wilmington, DE, have identified the two firefighters who were killed in the line of duty on Saturday. 41-year-old Lt. Christopher Leach of Ladder 2 and 51-year-old Senior Firefighter Jerry Fickes of Squad 4 both died while fighting the blaze. Four other firefighters were also injured, two critically. There has been an arrest in connection with the shooting death of 8-year-old Gabby Carter. 18-year-old Tyhan Brown has been arrested at a relative's home in Tennessee, by U.S. Marshals. Brown has been charged with first degree murder. Little Gabby was shot by a stray bullet while riding her bike across the street from her house in Camden back on August 24th.
