A bicyclist died after being struck by a SEPTA bus in Northeast Philadelphia on Wednesday evening 2/23. It happened around 7:40 p.m. on the 9900 block of Frankford Avenue in Torresdale. The unidentified male cyclist in his early 40's was on his bike when he was struck by the Route 66 bus. The man was taken to Jefferson-Torresdale Hospital. He was arrested around 7:30 a.m. Wednesday, 2/24, at his home on the 1200 block of North 53rd Street in West Philadelphia.
