Pennsylvania Governor Tom Wolf announced several changes to coronavirus COVID-19 restrictions across the state effective Monday, March 1. He increased capacity limits for both indoor and outdoor venues and also did away with out-of-state travel restrictions. Authorities in Lehigh County have made an arrest in the double shooting outside a Walmart store that resulted in a fatality. 23-year-old Edward Joel Rosario-Jimenez, of Whitehall Township, is charged with criminal homicide, attempted criminal homicide, aggravated assault and firearm not to be carried without a license. The 9th Annual Winter Doldrums Fest has gone virtual this year due to the ongoing coronavirus COVID-19 pandemic, but the lineup of artists is once again stellar. A man is under arrest after attempting to rob a bank in Philadelphia on Friday afternoon, 2/26. It happened around 3:30 p.m. at the Citizens Bank branch on the 3700 block of Germantown Avenue in the Tioga section. Philadelphia Police released images of three suspects and a vehicle in connection to last week's mass shooting at SEPTA's Olney Transportation Center. It happened around 2:50 p.m on Wednesday, 2/17, at Broad and Olney. Eight people were shot ages 17-71. No one was killed. Police are searching for two suspects wanted for robbing and shooting a store employee in Warminster on Thursday afternoon, 2/25. It happened around 3:45 p.m. at the Metro PCS store on the 200 block of East County Line Road. The employee was shot in the stomach. The two men then grabbed merchandise and exited out the rear door.
