The Philadelphia Board of Ethics and a political action committee linked to Local 98 of the Electrical Workers' union have settled up on a 2013 investigation into campaign finance reporting violations. The settlement agreement provides for a $1000 fine to be paid jointly by Philadelphia Phuture PAC, and its treasurer, Ed McBride, who had long been associated with Local 98. DeSean Jackson is no longer a Philadelphia Eagle, but he is not leaving the NFC East. Jackson has agreed to a three year deal with the Washington Redskins. That means the Eagles will have to face the speedy wide receiver twice a year. Forbes reports Jackson’s new salary will be $24 million over 3 years.

A carbon monoxide incident at a strip mall in Horsham has sent four people to Abington Memorial Hospital. Five others refused medical treatment. The incident was reported around 6:30 p.m. Tuesday at the 300 block of Horsham Road. Construction workers were working in a vacant store with gas and propane at the time of the incident.

Police believe they know the trigger man in connection with the murder of a teenager. They are looking for 23 year old Sergio Santiago, believed to have gunned down Joey Antonia Flores inside a third floor apartment on the 1600 block of Wallace Street. Police in Washington Township are investigating after an employee was injured during a convenience store robbery Monday afternoon. It happened at the Pantry One Food in Sewell. The robbery involved three suspects and two of the suspects were carrying handguns. Officers arrived on scene and discovered that an employee had been struck in the face and was bleeding heavily.
