An elderly woman has pleaded no contest to animal cruelty charges in what authorities say was a cat-hoarding situation in Hollywood icon Grace Kelly's childhood home. Just above her bare bottom is the signature of John Hancock. The problem - Hancock did not sign the Constitution. John Hancock signed the Declaration of Independence.
