NJ Stay-Right Law Penalties Increased; Three Children removed from 'deplorable' conditions |

New Jersey Governor Chris Christie signed into a law a bill that raises penalties for motorists who violate the state's keep-right law. The new fines have increased from $50 and $200 to between $100 and $300. The state is trying to crackdown on those who hog the left lane. Motorists are required to stay in the right lane unless passing slower traffic. The bill's sponsors said that staying in the left creates a dangerous situation.

Police say a bicyclist is dead after striking the rear wheels of a tractor trailer in Bensalem Wednesday. A tractor trailer was exiting the stable gate and was turning onto Galloway Road. A female riding her bicycle inside the stable gate was travelling towards the entrance when she struck the rear wheels of the tractor trailer. The female died from her injuries.

New Jersey teen Justin Robinson has plead guilty today to luring Autumn Pasquale into his home and killing her last fall in Clayton, NJ. Last October, 12-year-old Autumn was riding her BMX bike to a friend's house when Robinson, then 15, and his then 17-year-old brother, Dante, lured her into their home with the promise of bike parts.
