Police have officially identified 43-year-old Jesus Perez as the man shot and killed by police early Christmas morning after he opened fire on a crowd in Kensington. Perez's 15-year-old son, Jeremy Perez, was shot and killed and his 17-year-old nephew, Giovanny Capulin, were wounded by his gunfire. A frozen-solid dead humpback whale washed ashore on a beach in Ocean County on Christmas Day. The 31-foot, 15-ton was found on the beach in Barneget Light on Long Beach Island near the Barneget Inlet. Philadelphia Police are investigating a shooting incident early Christmas morning that left two dead and a third injured in Kensington. It happened around 12:30 a.m. on the 3300 block of Emerald Street. Two police officers responded to a call for a fight over a parking spot. A Delaware County man is accused of election fraud and illegal voting using his dead mother and mother-in-law's names. 70-year-old Bruce Bartman of Marple Township is charged with two counts of perjury and one count of unlawful voting.
