Pennsylvania Department of Transportation crews have been out since yesterday spraying salt solution on the roadways to help prevent any snow accumulation from bonding to the asphalt. PennDOT's new 8,000 gallon brine tanker, which can cover three lanes at one shot, has been on the highway in Montgomery County.

A video has surfaced showing a naked man with his boxers on his head climbing on the front of a SEPTA bus. The incident occurred under the El in Kensington on a Route 3 SEPTA bus near Kensington Avenue and Tioga Street. The video shows the man climbing back down off the bike rack on the front of the bus. A suspect has been charged with the murder of CHOP Dr. Melissa Ketunuti. 36 year old Jason Smith of Levittown, an exterminator who had an appointment and was let into the home by the victim admitted to getting into an argument with Dr. Ketunuti. According to Philadelphia Police, Smith struck the victim, then strangled her and set her on fire. The 36 year old Bucks County man is being charged with murder, abuse of a corpse, arson and risking catastrophe.

A person of interest was taken into custody Wednesday night in connection with the murder of Center City doctor, Melissa Ketunuti. An unidentified male was arrested in Levittown and was brought to Philadelphia police headquarters, where he was being held for questioning. Surveillance video from the victim's neighborhood provided detectives with leads that ultimately led to the arrest.

Philadelphia Police have been frustrated so far in the strangulation and burning of CHOP Dr. Melissa Ketunuti. No suspects and no leads reported. Her boyfriend, Surya Mundluru is a doctor from New York. He has been ruled out as a suspect. Also, the dog walker who discovered the body has been ruled out. The 35 year old Pediatrician was strangled and discovered bound by the wrist and ankles, and on fire in her basement. There is a $20,000 reward.
