A man from Glenside in Montgomery County is now under arrest for impersonating a Philadelphia Police officer on Wednesday night. 30-year-old Michael Green is accused of stopping another car along the 4300 block of McMenamy Street in the Holmesburg section with another section. Both men were armed and pulled the guns on the driver and two passengers, forcing them into the back seat. They were able to escape, but one of them suffered a broken arm. Paulsboro, NJ residents have been told they can start to return home today, Friday, a week since they were evacuated following last Friday's early morning freight train derailment and vinyl chloride leak over the Mantua Creek. The decision was made after air monitors showed the air clear of Vinyl chloride on Thursday and Friday. The last of the chemical was pumped from the ruptured rail car on Wednesday evening. One man who posed as a police officer is under arrest. Two others are on the loose. In two separate incidents, men posiing as Philadelphia police officers pulled people over. Real Philly police witnessed one incident at a 7-11 in Pennypack Woods and arrested the imposter. Police are searching for a suburban Philadelphia woman who has been missing since Sunday. Investigators say 44-year-old Teresa Cathy Mastracola has not reported to work for the last four days. They say she is an avid hiker and bicyclist who often frequents Ridley Creek State Park. They say Mastracola, who lives in Millbourne, was last seen wearing hospital scrubs is a white female, 5’7, 130 lbs, with brown eyes.

Philadelphia television sports reporter, Leslie Gudel may be losing sleep over her invention designed to give moms a chance to rest. Gudel, a mother of two, developed an infant seat called the Nap Nanny. Now the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission has filed to have the product pulled from the market. Five infant deaths have been associated with the seat, but Gudel points out that in at least 4 of the cases, the seat was be used improperly.

Police and hazmat crews were called out to Rowan University following a reported explosion Wednesday night. Students were conducting a project at Rowan's science center at about 8:30 p.m. when an oxygen tank exploded.
