| An elderly woman was killed in a hit-and-run in Northeast Philadelphia on Thursday evening, 12/12. It happened after 6 p.m. on Hendrick Street near Bustleton Avenue in the Somerton section. 82-year-old Yulia Sherman was found lying in the street with her roller bag of groceries.
