| A Winter Storm Warning is now in effect for the entire Philadelphia area from 3 p.m. Sunday to 7 a.m. Monday. We can expect several inches of heavy, wet snow across the region. Rain or Snow will start to fall from SW to NE in the mid afternoon Sunday. It will be all snow N and W totaling 6-8 inches. | The new Amtrak schedule board is now up and running in Philadelphia's 30th Street Station. The 'Passenger Information Display System' replaces the iconic Solari flip board and its distinct clickety-clack sound that stood since the 1970's. | Temple University officials issued a warning to students, faculty, and staff on Thursday after several students on campus have tested positive for mumps. Student Health Services says that four students have the highly infectious disease. The Philadelphia Phillies have signed a record-breaking deal with free agent outfielder Bryce Harper. The deal is reportedly for 13 years, $330 million which tops the previous free agent record set by Manny Machado for 10 years, $300 million that he signed with the San Diego Padres last week. The deal is larger than the 13 year, $325 million contract extension signed by Giancarlo Stanton in 2015.
