| Trash trucks and other heavy equipment arrived at a New Jersey apartment complex on Tuesday morning, 2/19, for the first time in weeks. Over 30 dumpsters at the Crestbury Apartments in Camden, New Jersey, were well past overflowing with trash and garbage bags. The refuse was starting to attract animals and of course the smell. Penn State University held their 42nd annual THON dance marathon that raises money to help children and families affected by pediatric cancer. The students danced for 46 hours in the Bryce Jordan Center located on Penn State's main campus in Happy Valley. This year the students raised $10,621,683.76 for the cause. Since the first THON in 1977, the annual fundraiser has now raised close to $170 million for the Four Diamonds Fund at Penn State Hershey Children's Hospital.
