| Philadelphia Police are now investigating after a grenade was found in the Port Richmond section of Philadelphia on Tuesday. The grenade was found on a walkway on the 3100 block of Tilton Street at around 2:30 pm. Residents who found the grenade immediately contacted 911 to come help dispose of the explosive. Schuylkill Police say that a toddler has been hospitalized after she consumed methamphetamine at her parent's home in Wayne Township. Police say that the girl found the bag of drugs and consumed it on Sunday morning. After being found, she was transported by helicopter to the hospital. Her 26-year-old father and his 24-year-old girlfriend are being charged with child endangerment. There is still no word on the child's condition.
