Philadelphia District Attorney Seth Williams is under investigation by a federal grand jury that has subpoenaed his political campaign's financial records to determine if he misspent funds on personal expenses, according to Philly.com. Subpoenas were served as recently as two weeks ago to Friends of Seth Williams, his political action committee, who described the investigation as a joint effort of the FBI and IRS, with a grand jury impaneled at least two months ago.

A new list of the country's top high schools is out, and several local schools have made the cut. According to Newsweek magazine, The Charter School of Wilmington is the highest ranked school in the area, at No. 15 overall. Conestoga High School in Berwyn received the top marks in Pennsylvania, ranking at 51. Northern New Jersey has four of the top five high schools overall, according to the list. Police in Upper Darby are searching for clues in an early-morning shooting. A person was found with at least one gunshot wound around 1:30am near Powell Lane and Harrison Avenue. Police are investigating, searching for shell-casings or other things left behind by the gunman. They're also checking for possible eyewitnesses or surveillance cameras in the neighborhood.

Rosie O'Donnell's 17-year-old daughter Chelsea has been found safe. Chelsea left their New York home with their therapy dog last week with no word where she was headed and was reported missing. Police say officers located Chelsea around 6:00 p.m. Tuesday on Long Beach Island at a residence on Village Drive in Barnegat Light. She was reportedly not taking needed medication. Police in Middletown Township, Bucks County are investigating after a thief stole dozens of bras from a lingerie store over the weekend. Authorities say that a women was seen on surveillance video browsing the Victoria's Secret store inside the Oxford Valley Mall for about an hour on Saturday.
