| Two teenagers have been arrested and charged in the shooting death of a food delivery driver last week in Northeast Philadelphia. 49-year old Rendong Zheng was delivering food to the to the Hill Creek Apartments in the 500 block of Hill Creek Road in Crescentville section on Thursday night. Hazmat crews are on the scene of a collision between a tractor trailer and a tanker truck in Lower Providence Township. The tractor trailer was carrying printing ink and supplies while the tanker was carrying sewage waste. The contents of both vehicles spilled onto S. Park Avenue located between Eagleville Road and Falcon Road. One of the trucks also caught on fire.

Authorities say an employee at a recycling plant in Camden, New Jersey, found a fetus Thursday afternoon. According to authorities, officers responded to ReCommunity Camden, a recycling plant on Mount Ephraim Avenue, after an employee discovered a deceased fetus on a conveyor belt at around 3 p.m. yesterday.
