| A Philadelphia Police officer is facing charges after he used a fake name and birthday when attempting to surrender three handguns at a police station. 28-year-old Sgt. A 2-year-old girl is recovering in the hospital after she fell from a second story window at her home in North Philadelphia. It happened around 12:30 a.m. Monday at a home along the 2100 block of Gratz Street. Police say the girl was conscious and talking after the fall.
