Authorities are looking for a technical school teacher who went missing in Philadelphia this week. 40-year-old Christopher Tully, a teacher at the Middle Bucks Institute of Technology in Bucks County was reported missing by his family after he was last seen Tuesday morning in South Philadelphia. A Mount Airy Church is stepping up Saturday to help ex-offenders get their life back together. Mount Airy Church of God in Christ is hosting a day full of seminars and workshops for ex-offenders including interviewing techniques, a college prep workshop, finance workshops, and a job fair. Philadelphia is home to nearly 300,000 ex-offenders.

A Philadelphia Police officer broke his leg after being dragged by a suspect's car following a traffic stop this morning. It happened around 11:30 near the intersection of 32nd Street and W. Susquehanna Avenue in the city's Strawberry Mansion section. 32-year-old Officer Joseph Kochmer and his partner pulled over a Chevy Impala for a traffic violation. One of the men sought in connection with the terrorist attack in Paris yesterday has turned himself in. Two French brothers Said and Cherif Kouachi are still at large and were reported to be about 100 miles north of Paris. They are believed to be tied to al-Qaida and wanted in the military-style, methodical killing of 12 people at the office of a satirical newspaper that caricatured the Prophet Muhammad.

Emergency crews are working to free a worker who is trapped after a silo collapsed at an industrial complex in Bucks County Thursday morning. The silo collapse happened at about 3 a.m. at the Riverside Industrial Complex in Bristol. The silo, which was used to store powdered cement, collapsed. Emergency crews are using K9s to aid in the search for the worker.
