Today marks the eleventh anniversary of the September 11th terrorist attacks on US soil. President Obama and the frist lady will pause for a moment of silence on the White House lawn and attend a memorial service at the Pentagon. The Philadelphia District Attorney's office has charged blogger Joshua Scott Albert with three counts each of criminal solicitation to commit murder, terroristic threats and harassment. Each count is for a Facebook page he created that either called for the murder of a top law enforcement official or supported alleged cop killers. Fox is reporting two Philadelphia City Council employees are accused of driving city owned vehicles while drunk. Sergeant-at-Arms Rodney Williams and Council President, Darrell Clarke?s receptionist, Robin Jones were arrested early Saturday morning in Spring Garden driving separate city vehicles. Both were charged with DUI and Clarke planned to fire both today.

Two city employees are under arrest on alleged DUI charges after an early morning crash Saturday involving city owned vehicles. The employees are Robin Jones, an aide to Darrell Clarke the President of the City Council, and Sergeant-at-arms Rodney Williams. St. Joseph University has purchased the Cardinal's mansion from the Archdiocese of Philadelphia for $10 million. The residence has been the home for Philadelphia archbishops since it was purchased in the 1930's by Dennis Cardinal Dougherty for $115,000.
