Widespread looting and rioting have overtaken large parts of Philadelphia for a second night on Tuesday, October 27, following the shooting of 27-year-old Walter Wallace Jr. Wallace was shot and killed by Philadelphia Police officers during a confrontation in West Philadelphia on Monday afternoon, 10/26.

A Delaware County pastor has been arrested and charged with sexually abusing a teenage girl. 70-year-old Edward Lilly of Boothwyn was the pastor of the Christian Church of Chester and faces 22 counts. He first met the victim in 2017 when she was 16 and worked at a super market he frequented. He started grooming the girl by flirting and giving her gifts and cash. A teenager who was found shot at a state park in Bucks County over the weekend has died from his injuries. On Monday, 10/26, family confirmed that 18-year-old Jason Kutt succumbed to his injuries. It happened around 5:15 p.m. Saturday, 10/24, near the Old Ridge Road entrance to Nockamixon State Park near Quakertown.
