Councilman At-Large David Oh announced on Thursday, 6/11, that he will be introducing a budget amendment on Monday, June 15, that would restore the Office of Arts, Culture, and the Creative Economy and the Philadelphia Cultural Fund. It would also increase funding to Parks and Recreation, the Free Library, African American Museum, Greater Philadelphia Film Office, and Citizen Diplomacy International.

| A Woodlynne, Camden County, police officer has been charged with pepper spraying a group of juveniles who were sitting on a porch. 31-year-old Officer Ryan Dubiel is facing two counts of simple assault.
