Chester Police in Delaware County are being scrutinized after video of officers breaking up a St. Patrick's Day brawl went viral. It happened around 5 p.m. Saturday afternoon on the 900 block of East 16th Street. The video shows an officer strike 20-year-old Dominique Difiore in the head and throw her to the ground before placing her under arrest. It does look like Difiore hit the officer first. Outdoor Philly concert venue, Festival Pier at Penn's Landing, will be closed this summer for the 2019 season. Concert promoter Live Nation and the Delaware River Waterfront Corporation say that all shows will be relocated to other venues in Philadelphia. The annual Roots Picnic is now being held at the Mann Center on June 1st after being moved, though organizers say that had been planned before. One person is dead and three others injured after a shooting inside a 'residential speakeasy' in Camden early Saturday morning, 3/16. It happened around 3:15 a.m. on the 600 block of Ferry Avenue. Officers heard gunshots coming from the residence used as an illegal after hours club. A Northeast Philadelphia middle school was on lockdown for two hours Friday morning, 3/15, after a student brought live ammunition to school. It started around 10 a.m. at at Woodrow Wilson Middle School on the 1800 block of Cottman Avenue. A 14-year-old boy was taken into custody for having three live rounds in his possession. Police searched the school and did not find a weapon. No one was injured.

A gas tank explosion rocked a 7-Eleven in Philadelphia's Feltonville neighborhood on Tuesday morning, 3/12. It happened around 11:30 a.m. on the 4700 block of Mascher Street.
