Philadelphia Police have now found human remains in an empty lot in the Tioga-Nicetown section of Philadelphia. The human remains were found by contractors at around 4 pm on the 1700 block of Atlantic Street. The remains were found inside of a milk crate on the site as well as inside of a briefcase. Upper Darby police are searching for two teenage girls wanted for a series of armed robberies in Delaware County. On June 19th around 9:25 p.m., a cab driver with Get-A-Cab was dispatched to pick up a girl on the 100 block of Glendale Road. While one girl distracted the driver, the other went around to the driver side window and demanded money at gunpoint. They made off with $100. A two-month long drug bust operation in Chester County has led to charges against 46 street level dealers across the county. District Attorney Thomas Hogan announced the crackdown today. It was nicknamed "Operation Wildfire." "The police bought heroin, Oxycontin, Percocet, Vicodin, morphine, MDMA, diazepam, and Xanax, as well as traditional drugs like crack cocaine and crystal methamphetamine," the statement said. Police are now searching for a suspect who is wanted for a shooting that took place in the Kensington section of Philadelphia. The shooting happened on the 5800 block of North Lee Street at around 9:10 pm on Monday. When police arrived on scene they found a 26-year-old woman with gun shot wounds. Fire crews down the shore battled heavy flames and smoke at a blaze that consumed multiple homes in Wildwood Crest, Cape May County on Sunday afternoon. A 9-year-old boy has been hospitalized after he was accidentally set on fire in the Cobb's Creek section of Philadelphia. The incident took place along the unit block of South Redfield Street. Police have stated that boy and his 10-year-old friend were playing with a lighter. The 9-year-old's shirt was then set on fire. He was then rushed to the hospital with multiple burns to his body.
