A missing 13-year-old Bucks County boy who took his parent's minivan early in the morning on Sunday, 5/3, was spotted in Virginia on Wednesday, 5/6. Kadin Kent Willauer left his home in Milford Township around 3:30 a.m. Sunday in the family's white 2016 Chrysler Town and Country minivan. About 25 minutes later, he was spotted at a gas station in Upper Saucon Township in Lehigh County filling up the vehicle. New Jersey Governor Phil Murphy has extended the state's public health emergency by another 30 days. The declaration was first signed in March and renewed in April. The declarations automatically expire after 30 days and must be renewed each time. Murphy said that even though the state is making progress the underlying conditions for the order still exist.
