The Rock and Roll Hall of Fame has announced its inductees for the Class of 2014. This year's performer inductees are Philadelphia's own Hall and Oates, Nirvana, Cat Stevens, Kiss, Linda Ronstadt, and Peter Gabriel. The Award for Musical Excellence goes to The E Street Band. The Beatles manager Brian Epstein and The Rolling Stones manager Andrew Loog Oldgham will both receive the Ahmet Ertegun Award for non-performers.

Authorities are searching for a Pennsylvania man who escaped police custody after his court hearing on a robbery charge. Daniel Preziosi slipped out of his handcuffs and leg shackles and fled after attending a preliminary hearing in Nazareth on Monday. He allegedly jumped into a Toyota Camry. Police found the car outside a strip club. They say Preziosi’s girlfriend lives in the apartment above the bar but they have not been able to locate her.

Snow is already a nasty four letter word this season and we have not even reached the official start of winter. Tuesday may bring another wintry mix to Philadelphia as two separate fast-moving clipper systems impact our weather. The first could produce snow changing to rain in the morning tomorrow and the second could produce some snow showers tomorrow evening. Temperatures will rise this week and on Friday, the last day of Fall the thermometer will hit 54. Downright balmy.

Philadelphia Eagles suffered a pretty pathetic 48-30 loss to the Vikings Sunday snapping the Eagles' five-game winning streak, dropping them to 8-6 with two games left. The Eagles never led. A police pursuit that started in Delaware County Thursday night ended near the sports complex in South Philadelphia. Tinicum Township Police pursued the vehicle into Philadelphia.
