Dave Matthews Band has announced summer tour dates for 2013. The tour kicks off May 17th at The Cynthia Woods Pavilion in The Woodlands, TX. The bulk of the shows run May-July with a few weeks off in August, resuming with a West Coast swing including the traditional Labor Day run at The Gorge. There are two-night stands in Saratoga Springs, NY, Hartford, CT, Noblesville, IN, Wantagh, NY, Camden, NJ, East Troy, WI and West Palm Beach, FL. Authorities in Bucks County have released a new surveillance video in connection to the home invasion and murder of Joseph Canazaro in Hill Township last month. The video was taken from a business in the Quakertown Plaza Shopping Center showing what appears to be a red, four-door Nissan sedan pulling up next to the Lincoln pickup truck that the killers stole from Canazaro’s home. Miss Delaware Teen Resigns Over Sex Tape, Not Guilty Josey Wants Job Back, Consultant $85M Savings

Miss Delaware Teen USA, Melissa King has resigned her crown over an alleged sex tape she appeared in. While she denies that the girl in the porn video is her, the 18 year old stepped down as the reigning Miss Delaware Teen USA. In the sex tape interview, the girl says she turned 18 in March, same as King. The girl also says she has been in beauty pageants. The runner-up in the Miss Delaware Teen USA contest is Hailey Lawler of the Newark area.

SPCA Rescue Dogs Available, North Philly Prison Cell Exhibition, Hatfield Car Jack Assault Suspect

The Pennsylvania SPCA is putting out the word that some of the more than two dozen dogs that were rescued last Friday in Delaware County are now up for adoption.
Twenty eight Shepherds and Shepherd mixes were taken from the Sixth Angel Shepherd Rescue in Marcus Hook after SPCA officers found the dogs living in a house filled with animal waste. Many of the dogs are now available for 50 percent of their current adoption fee.

A New Jersey grand jury has refused to indict the woman known as "tanning mom" who was accused of endangering her daughter after she allegedly brought her to a tanning salon. 44-year-old Patricia Krentcil of Nutley, NJ was arrested last April for violating the state law banning use of tanning salons for children under 14. The verdict is in for former Philadelphia Police lieutenant Highway Patrolman Jonathan Josey. Judge Patrick Dugan handed down a verdict of not guilty for the sole charge of simple assault in the non-jury bench trial. Josey was accused of punching 39-year-old Aida Guzman in the face at 5th and Lehigh during celebrations after the Puerto Rican Day Parade on September 30th. New Jersey Governor Chris Christie is signing the Internet Gambling bill today. According to the bill, all gambling equipment has to be housed in an Atlantic City casino. Internet gambling revenues will be taxed at 15% and it is predicted that within 5 years, internet gambling revenue could reach $1.2 billion.

The budget for the coming year - adopted Monday by the Philadelphia Parking Authority's board — predicts that the on-street division will see a $4 million decline in net revenue - essentially profit that is forwarded to the city and school district. Fewer drivers are breaking the parking rules, resulting in fewer tickets. The new parking kiosks in Center City and University City, and the new late payment window have made it easier to comply.

The former U.S. Surgeon General and Surgeon in Chief at Children's Hospital of Philadelphia, Dr. C. Everett Koop, has passed away Monday in New Hampshire at age 96. Appointed to Surgeon General by President Reagan, Dr. Koop controversially pushed for increased sex education and use of condoms at the beginnings of the HIV epidemic, enraging many conservatives and religious who saw him as going against his base.
