Three women were arrested following a prostitution bust in Philadelphia's Old City neighborhood Wednesday afternoon. Philadelphia Police say they were acting on a tip on an illegal massage parlor that was being run out of a basement. Authorities say there were allegations that there were underage females working at the parlor who were physically and verbally abused. Investigators say they have a long history with the location, dating back to 1998.

Jon Bon Jovi's 19 year old daughter, Stephanie Bongiovi, has been hospitalized. She was found in her dorm unresponsive after a heroin overdose. Bongiovi is attending Hamilton College in upstate New York. Investigators are also charging Stephanie Bongiovi and another student with possession of controlled substances. She is reportedly stable and recovering.

Police are asking Temple University students to be more cautious after a string of off-campus robberies. Police believe the same suspect is connected to the string of robberies. They say he points a gun at his victims' heads, and demands money, phones, and other belongings. At least three robberies, all on Monday, involved Temple student and happened during daylight hours.

The family of slain Philadelphia police officer Moses Walker Jr. has filed a federal lawsuit against the Pennsylvania Board of Probation and Parole. Walker's surviving relatives cite numerous breakdowns within the parole board that allowed accused triggerman Rafael Jones to slip through the cracks. In their suit, they say that confessed gunman Rafael Jones should have been behind bars because he was in violation of his probation after testing positive for drug use.

Philly Pops names successor to music director Peter Nero; Michael Krajewski to take over Pops

The Philly Pops, presented by Encore Series Inc., have announced they have hired the successor to music director Peter Nero. Nero, a Grammy-winning jazz pianist and pops conductor, has been the Pops' musical leader since the it was founded in 1979. This is his last year at the podium. His exit was negotiated as part of the Pops' chapter 11 petition filed in April, 2011.

FEMA has opened Disaster Centers in 19 New Jersey Counties battered by Superstorm Sandy. The Federal Emergency Management Agency approved more than $127 million in individual assistance in the past two weeks. The state Supreme Court has suspended a Philadelphia judge accused of having failed to report legal problems to the bar association that later recommended him for election. The high court order dated Friday said Common Pleas Judge Thomas Nocella was relieved of "any and all judicial and administrative responsibilities." The order does not affect his salary or benefits. Around three dozen people were hurt this afternoon when a school bus carrying 36 students crashed along the Garden State Parkway near mile marker 34. The bus had just left Charter Tech High School in Somers Point and was heading north on the Parkway when one of the tires blew. The bus went off the right ride of the road and struck a tree around 3:30 pm. All of the students and the driver were taken to area hospitals. They have since been treated and released.
