Pennsylvania Commonwealth Court Judge Christine Fizzano Cannon ruled in favor of the Trump campaign and ordered that poll watchers be allowed greater access to observe ballot counting inside the Pennsylvania Convention Center in Philadelphia. The campaign filed a lawsuit on Wednesday seeking greater 'transparency' in the process.

Philadelphia City Commissioner Lisa Deeley told reporters on Tuesday night, 11/3, that election officials have counted and reported around 76,000 mail-in ballots out of 350,000. They will not be reporting anymore results from mail-in ballots until Wednesday morning. They will be working 24 hours a day until all ballots are counted. There are 150 workers working 8 hour shifts at the Pennsylvania Convention Center to process all the ballots. They can process about 10,000 ballots per hour.... Read More |

The counting of mail-in and absentee ballots began at 7 a.m. on Tuesday, 11/3, Election Day. Philadelphia's election operations are located at the Pennsylvania Convention Center. Voters in Philadelphia requested 425,000 mail-in ballots for the general election and officials estimate they'll get back around 350,000 to process.
