The City of Philadelphia announced that there will be another citywide curfew starting on Friday night, 10/30, at 9 p.m. until Saturday morning, 10/31, at 6 a.m. The city says that during this time you may leave your house only 'to go to work, seek medical or emergency assistance, or drop off a mail-in ballot.'
