Men's Health magazine just released it's annual list of 100 best places to live in the US. And Philadelphia is on the list - at 99 out of 100. No way! The magazine says that according to their criteria - including health, fitness and quality of life, Philadelphia ranks below towns like Detroit, Cleveland and Charleston WV. Are you kidding me? Philadelphia demands a recount!

Train tracks filled with money coming to Philadelphia. Vice President Joe Biden in Philly making the announcement from 30th St station. The Obama administration plans to spend $53 billion over six years to develop a national and intercity high-speed passenger rail network.
