| Two men have now been charged in the murders of 4 Bucks County men gone missing last week. 20-year-old Cosmo DiNardo of Bensalem, who has been a person-of-interest in the case all week, and his cousin, 20-year-old Sean Kratz, are accused of killing Jimi Patrick, Tom Meo, Mark Sturgis and Dean Finocchiaro at the DiNardo farm at 6071 Lower York Road in Solebury. A new proposal is being introduced in Pennsylvania that would increase jail time for heroin dealers. Republican State Representative James Santora introduced the bill on Thursday. The new measure would leave a mandatory minimum prison sentence of five years for first time heroin offenders. Abbiegail Smith was last seen around 7:45 p.m. at her family's apartment in Keansburg, Monmouth County. She was reported missing about an hour later. Several people were injured in a school bus crash that took place in Moorestown, Burlington County. The crash happened on Route 38 close to Pleasant Valley Road around 3 pm.
