New Jersey Governor Chris Christie signed a bill into law today inspired by a New Jersey high school track star and Penn student who took her own life two years ago. The Madison Holleran Suicide Prevention Act requires that NJ colleges offer students 24/7 access to mental health professionals. A driver struck a Philadelphia Fire Department truck in Center City Sunday evening knocking down a street light. According to officials, the incident occurred at 7:01 p.m. on 23rd and Market Streets. Ladder 9 was responding to a call when they were T-boned by a 2016 Porsche SUV driven by a 35-year-old white female. Road rage on I-95 turned into a crime scene as a black Cadillac fired shots at the driver of a silver Honda. Authorities say this happened just after 7:00 on Sunday night. Police say bullets did hit the car, but no injuries were reported. The incident happened at Knights and Woodhaven Road in Northeast Philadelphia. Two men have now been charged with the murder of a woman in Germantown on Friday. Both men have ties to the Temple University Police Department. 47-year-old Aaron Wright and 41-year-old Marquis Robinson are each charged with six criminal counts including murder, aggravated assault, conspiracy and abuse of a corpse. A hot air balloon carrying at least 16 people crashed in Central Texas on Saturday; there were no survivors. It happened around 7:40 a.m. in a pasture near Lockhart, TX, about 30 miles south of Austin. The crash site was near some high power lines. A witness heard the sound and saw a large fireball go up. A seven foot shark was beached by a 13 year old fisherman at the Jersey shore this week. Joseph Mandile and his son Gianni Mandile, 13, were surf fishing on Long Beach Island, New Jersey when the Gianni hooked what he first thought was a stingray. It turned out to be a 200 lb. sand tiger shark. According to National Geographic, sand tiger sharks are not very aggressive toward people. The Mandiles did not keep the shark. After being accused of price-gouging last year, Whole Foods still struggles to get back on its feet. Sales at some of the company's stores that have been opened for a year or more have declined for the fourth consecutive quarter, according to results released Wednesday afternoon.
