Bill Cosby testified during a 2005 lawsuit deposition that he gave a 19 year old Quaaludes then had consensual sex with her. The 77 year old actor and comedian said at that time he acquired powerful sedatives to give to women he wanted to have sex with. Now outside the statute of limitations, attorneys for Cosby's more recent accusers are demanding apologies from Cosby for calling alleged victims "liars."

Police in Center City are investigating a deadly accident involving a SEPTA bus and a pedestrian. A man was hit and killed by a SEPTA bus near 11th and Walnut Streets around 1am Tuesday. Police say the bus driver was not aware a person was struck until a taxi driver flagged him down a few blocks away, near 11th and Vine Streets.

According to documents obtained by the AP, Bill Cosby testified in a 2005 deposition to obtaining Quaaludes to give to women he wanted to have sex with. (see the documents below) He admitted to giving them to at least one woman. The documents were unsealed on Monday after the Associated Press went to court to have them unsealed. 77-year-old Cosby was testifying in a lawsuit filed by a Temple University employee. Police have arrested the man wanted for the brutal murder of an 85-year-old woman in East Mount Airy last week. The Delaware River Port Authority finance committee has approved a measure that would reduce tolls for regular bridge commuters between New Jersey and Pennsylvania. Drivers who use the Benjamin Franklin, Walt Whitman, Betsy Ross and Commodore Barry bridges at least 18 times a month would see the toll drop from $5 to $4.
