Members of violent drug trafficking street gang arrested in Atlantic City |

Atlantic City's most violent drug traffickers are now behind bars. The arrests consisted of over two-dozen men and women. This gang, known as the "Dirty Block", is a threat to the Atlantic City community by selling illegal drugs such as heroin. They created violence by eliminating their rivals to preserve their market.

A plan to build a zip line in Wissahickon Valley Park has local residents concerned. The Fairmount Park Commission and the parks and recreation department have done their studies, however residents see potential problems with vandalism and excessive traffic.

Police say a woman is in extremely critical condition after an accident Wednesday night in East Falls. The accident happened at Lincoln Drive and Forbidden Drive around 6:15 p.m when her car crossed over into the northbound lanes where it was hit by another vehicle. The victim reportedly suffered multiple internal injuries. She was taken To Temple University Hospital.

A Burlington County man has been charged with murder in the death of a 1 year old. Twenty nine year old Steven Donaldson was babysitting the child at his girlfriend's Cinnaminson home while she was at work. Donaldson called 911 to report the child had stopped breathing. An autopsy revealed she died from blunt force trauma to the head.

It's going to a bad pothole season, worse than last year, according to PennDOT. The cause is a wet winter with freezing temperatures at night, then thawing during the day. A young mother and grandmother left an 8 month old infant behind while they beat the train fare at SEPTA's 60th Street Station. The 15 year old mother went through the turnstiles and handed her day pass back to her mother who goes through, then both went to the train without the baby, left behind in a stroller. Atlantic City's Revel casino filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection in U.S. Bankruptcy Court in Camden yesterday. Revel said it was worth no more than $450 million, and it could take four years to become fully profitable.
