Revenge appears to be the motive for a murder/suicide in Voorhees yesterday. Dr. Giocondo Navek fatally shot fellow doctor Payman Houshmandpour and then shot himself. Navak believed his former colleague was responsible for his dismissal from Virtua's residency program.
George Zimmerman, the gun-toting neighborhood watch volunteer who shot Trayvon Martin was arrested and charged with second degree murder yesterday. Zimmerman faces up to life in prison.

Special Prosecutor Angela Corey announced from Sanford, FL, that George Zimmerman will be charged with second-degree murder. He is currently in custody. Police say suspects, pretending to be public utility workers, went into two homes and left with cash and valuables. The two similar incidents happened in homes about two miles apart in South Philly.

Mandatory evacuations have been ordered in a section of Berks County due to a forest fire Monday afternoon. A power line brought down by a windblown tree sparked a blaze in the woods on the border of Chester and Berks counties.
