Pennsylvania Governor Tom Wolf and Secretary of Health Dr. Rachel Levine signed orders to extend the stay-at-home orders for all counties across the commonwealth that will remain in the 'red phase' starting at midnight Friday, 5/8, tonight. A missing 13-year-old Bucks County boy who took his parent's minivan early in the morning on Sunday, 5/3, was spotted in Virginia on Wednesday, 5/6. Kadin Kent Willauer left his home in Milford Township around 3:30 a.m. Sunday in the family's white 2016 Chrysler Town and Country minivan.
