This will be the first time in 34 years that the music, tech, film festival/conference will not be held in Austin, TX. Fifteen years ago today, on February 24, 2005, Philadelphia's alternative radio station Y100 (WPLY FM) 100.3 FM was taken off the air by its owner Radio One. On that same day, Y100 program director Jim McGuinn and promotions director Josh T.
