A Philadelphia man who has been in jail for the past 11 years for a murder he may not have committed, is set to be released. 28-year-old Dontia Patterson was convicted back in 2007 for the murder of his friend that took place outside of a grocery store in Lawncrest. Officials in Bermuda say that there was no foul play in the death of a St. Joseph's University rugby player last weekend. Forensic pathologist Dr Christopher Milroy of Canada, said, "My conclusions from my examination are that Mark died from a fall from a height, and that I found no evidence of foul play." 19-year-old Mark Dombroski of Media, PA, was found in a moat at the base of a colonial-era fort. Bill Cosby's lawyers are now asking the judge to ban certain clothes and accessories with slogans from his upcoming retrial. Lawyers say that at his last trial, accusers wore t-shirts and buttons that had slogans such as "We stand in truth." Some women also carried flowers to express solidarity with the accusers. A horse jockey is now on life support after an accident occurred on the race tracks at Parx Racing in Bensalem. The accident took place during the ninth race at the track on Monday when the horse of 56-year-old jockey Jose Flores fell during the race. Flores suffered massive head and neck injuries due to the fall and unfortunately the horse had to be euthanized. Out of respect for Flores, all races were cancelled on Tuesday. The 19-year-old from Media, Pennsylvania was visiting the island with his team for a rugby tournament. The 16-year-old Allentown teenager that went missing earlier this month with a 45-year-old man has been found safe in Mexico. Amy Yu and Kevin Esterly were located by authorities on Saturday in Playa del Carmen, Quintana Roo, Mexico. Yu is said to be unharmed and in good health. Esterly was placed in custody.
