Police in Bucks County have made a couple of arrests in connection with an assault during a bar room brawl in Bensalem last month. It happened at Big Heads Bar on Street Road on December 20th. Jomar Garcia was arrested and charged with Aggravated Assault, Conspiracy, Simple Assault, Recklessly Endangering another Person, and Possession of Instruments of Crime. Pennsylvania is now on track to have driver's licenses and ID's ready for the REAL ID requirements needed for air travel. As of now, PennDOT officials will begin issuing REAL ID licenses starting in spring of 2019, but the federal deadline for air travel compliant licenses is this October. PennDOT stated, however, federal officials have given them a deadline till October 2020 to comply. The husband of a New Jersey radio host and veterans' advocate who was found dead in their South Jersey home over 5 years ago has been charged with her murder. A Philadelphia Police officer was left injured after a traffic stop on Monday evening. The incident took place on the 2900 block of American Street at around 6:24 pm. The officer was taken to Temple University Hospital, where he is listed in stable condition. An arrest was made at Front and Oxford Streets following the incident.

Funeral arrangements have been announced for Philadelphia firefighter Lt. Matthew LeTourneau. Matt died while fighting a row home fire on the 2200 block of N. Colorado Street on the morning of Saturday, January 6th 2018.
Two public viewings will be held for Philadelphia Fire Lt. Matt LeTourneau at the Cathedral Basilica of Saints Peter and Paul, followed by a funeral mass. The Cathedral is located at 18th Street & Benjamin Franklin Parkway in Philadelphia.

The former Revel Casino in Atlantic City has been sold and the new owner plans to reopen this summer. Colorado developer Bruce Deifik has purchased the shuttered resort from Florida developer Glenn Straub for $200 million. It will now be called the Ocean Resort Casino. The Revel cost $2.4 billion to build and closed in 2014 after only being open for two years and never turning a profit. Straub bought the facility for $82 million in bankruptcy court. Philadelphia Police have now located two young boys who went missing in West Oak Lane on Sunday. The two boys, 10-year-old Tramyer Jones and 6-year-old Nasyre Jones, were seen leaving their house located on the 1800 block of E. Pastorius Street at around 1:30 pm. Luckily the boys were found by officials just after 5 pm, they are now home with their family.
