The U.S. Supreme Court announced on Monday, 3/7, that it will not review Bill Cosby's sexual assault case, instead, leaving the lower court's ruling that threw out Cosby's conviction. The SCOTUS did not comment either. The Pennsylvania Supreme Court had thrown out his conviction on appeal, and prosecutors hoped the US high court would reinstate the conviction. A former Philadelphia homicide detective has been charged with using improper interrogation methods to obtain a false murder confession and then lying about it. A grand jury recommended that 51-year-old Detective James Pitts be charged with two counts of perjury and three counts of obstructing the administration of law.
