Hip hop star and actress Queen Latifah was announced as this year's Marian Anderson Award recipient. The Marian Anderson Award honors critically acclaimed artists who have impacted society in a positive way, either through their work or their support for an important cause. A man sought by authorities in Bucks County for allegedly groping multiple teen girls in a Target store came forward and was arrested. 41-year-old Scott Raila of Horsham is charged with two counts of indecent assault, three counts of corruption of minors, and one count of indecent assault with a victim under 13 years of age. Philadelphia Police have arrested a man accused of posing as a landscaper and then sexually assaulting a women at gunpoint in East Germantown earlier this month. 22-year-old Keion Wells of the 6600 block of Crawson Street is charged with aggravated assault, robbery, rape, sex assault and other offenses.
