Philadelphia Police are now launching an investigation after a man was injured while being placed in police custody. A video shows police placing the suspect, Kevin Roviro, into handcuffs. But a second video, taken on a cellphone by a bystander, shows Roviro being slammed to the ground by an officer, as other officers tried to keep the surrounding crowd at bay. A person of interest has been identified in the case of four missing men in Bucks County. 20-year-old Cosmo DiNardo was taken into custody on Monday on unrelated charges stemming from a February firearms possession offense. He was arrested at a home on the unit block of Wayland Circle in Bensalem. It was one of several locations authorities have searched since Sunday night. Police in Camden County are now investigating after a man was found dead inside of a home in Pennsauken, New Jersey. The man's body was found in a home on the 6000 block of Mansion Avenue at around 9:20 pm on Monday. Officers were flagged down by local bystanders near the home and checked out the house. It is still not clear on what was the cause of death, but police are suspecting that it may involve foul play.

A woman and several animals were killed in a fatal car crash that took place at the Brandywine Valley SPCA Center in New Castle, Delaware. The crash happened at around 12:15 pm Sunday on the 800 block of South Street in New Castle. Officials have stated that the driver, 33-year-old Latoya Cooper, lost control of her car and crashed into the building which then caused a fire. Middletown Township authorities say that 18-year-old Dean Finocchiaro of the Hampton Bridge section of Langhorne has been missing since Friday, July 7th at about 6:30pm.
