| The U.S. Senate has voted to confirm President Trump's nominee, Judge Neil Gorsuch, to the Supreme Court. Senate Republicans had changed the rules and lowered the threshold to approve the nomination to a simple majority, down from 60 votes, to avoid a filibuster from the Democrats. | Delaware Police are now investigating after two victims were shot and wounded in Wilmington. The shooting took place on the 2900 block of Bowers Street at around 7:30 pm. Police responded to a call of shots fired at the location. When they arrived on the scene they found two males lying on the street with gun shot wounds.
