| Neshaminy High School Head Basketball Coach Jerry Devine has been placed on leave as coach and from his teaching responsibilities after an incident at the end of a close basketball game last night. It was caught on video as Devine's team gets hit with a foul at the end of a close game. Then Devine gets in the face of the ref and head butts him, knocking the ref backward to the floor. | A New Jersey dad who spent months and thousands of dollars to help his sons conquer their drug addiction has formed a foundation to help other families cope with the high cost of rehab for their loved one. | Philadelphia's new police commissioner was sworn in today at his alma mater in North Philly. 51-year-old Richard Ross is a familiar face in the force. The 26-year veteran joined the department in 1989 and most recently served as First Deputy Commissioner under departing Charles Ramsey. Frigid temperatures made it difficult for firefighters called to Cobbs Creek Golf Course late last night. A fire broke out in the clubhouse on Cardington Road on the Karakung Course about 11:00 p.m. The fire was under control just before 1 a.m. There were no injuries however the fire department had water issues in the cold and now the house has completely iced over.

Philadelphia Mayor-elect Jim Kenney and all the members of city council will take the oath of office, Monday morning. The inauguration is in the Academy of Music, but it's, technically, a session of city council. Governor Wolf and Senator Bob Casey will attend, along with all living former mayors. | The body of a missing autistic boy was found in a canal this afternoon. 5-year-old Jayliel Vega ran from a relative's home during a New Year's Eve party on Thursday evening.
