An arraignment hearing is being held this morning for accused cop killer Eric Frein who was arrested last night. Frein's arrest after a 48 day manhunt will now move to the courts where prosecution will seek the death penalty for the capital crime. After a 48-day man-hunt, the suspect in the murder of a state trooper, Eric Frein, has been caught in the Poconos. He was found hiding in an unused airplane hangar outside of Tannersville. Frein was charged with the murder of a state trooper along with other charges, including possession of two weapons of mass destruction.

Suspected trooper killer Eric Frein, 31, was captured Thursday afternoon inside a hanger at Pocono Mountain Municipal Airport north of Tannersville, PA. He surrendered to police without incident, no shots were fired. He is charged with the deadly shooting of Cpl. Police in Moorestown New Jersey are looking for a man who exposed himself to children on a school bus. The incident occurred while the bus was stopped at a light on its way to Moorestown Upper Elementary School. Two children, fourth graders, saw the man in a car alongside the bus expose himself. Philadelphia cop Ronald D. Thompson was caught soliciting a prostitute by an undercover yesterday. Thompson, a 26-year veteran of the force, was discovered soliciting the prostitute at Old York Road and Bristol Street, police said. He has been suspended for 30 days with the intent to dismiss.

Eric Frein, who has been the subject of a manhunt for the past month, was potentially spotted in Barrett Township yesterday afternoon. Pennsylvania State Police surrounded the area in hopes of Frein being close by this area where he had lived. The search for Frein continues.

The Orbital Sciences' Antares rocket was set to launch at 6:22 pm EDT from Virginia's Mid-Atlantic Regional Spaceport and NASA's Wallops Flight Facility.
