Philadelphia Police are hunting for a man who attacked and robbed a woman and her friend outside her Northeast Philadelphia apartment complex. It happened on Sunday, June 15th at around 10 pm on the 6000 block of Roosevelt Boulevard in the Oxford Circle neighborhood. Surveillance shows the suspect following the victim, a 45-year-old woman, up to the entry way of her apartment building, grabbing her and threatening to shoot her. Philadelphia Police have identified and arrested the suspect from last weekend's rape and robbery of a 26-year-old doctor near Rittenhouse Square. 28-year-old Milton Mateo Garcia from Honduras was arrested monday night at his work. Today Sotheby's is auctioning a handwritten working draft of Bob Dylan's "Like A Rolling Stone" and it is expected to fetch up to $2 million. It is the only known surviving draft of the final lyrics of one of Dylan's most popular songs. The draft is written in pencil on four sheets of hotel stationery (pictured) with revisions, additions, notes and doodles including a hat, a bird and an animal with antlers. Philadelphia police have released surveillance video and sketches related to the rape and robbery of a 26-year-old doctor near Rittenhouse Square early Saturday morning. The attack took place around 1:20 am as the woman was walking home from Ladder 15 Tavern. The video shows the man grabbing her and forcing her into her building on the 1900 block of Spruce Street in Center City. PA Attorney General Kathleen Kane released the report on the investigation of how the Jerry Sandusky case was handled. Kane had pledged to look into the pacing of the probe and hired a former federal prosecutor to handle the probe. Governor Tom Corbett was Attorney General at the time of the Sandusky probe and reassures he did not do anything to slow the probe for political reasons.

The Atlantic City Expressway was shut down this morning after a fatal accident involving a pickup truck that killed one adult and injured 5 others. The pickup overturned about 7 am and all six passengers were ejected. Two of those injured were children. Police are not certain how many were inside the cab and how many were riding in the bed.

Police in Mansfield Township say a bear was spotted Thursday afternoon in the Homestead Development off of Jacksonville Road. Police say bird feeders were the bear’s primary interest, as it went from home-to-home cleaning out the feeders. Authorities are urging residents to move their bird feeders indoors to avoid attracting the bear’s attention.

Philadelphia City Council passed a bill today that would decriminalize possession of a small amount of marijuana. The vote split down party lines with the 13 Democrats voting yes and 3 Republicans voting no. The bill has the necessary 12 votes to override any possible veto from Mayor Nutter. The measure would make possession of less than 30 grams or a about an ounce of pot punishable by a $25 fine, although officers would still have the discretion to make an arrest. Councilman Jim... The Federal Highway Administration has determined what caused the I-495 bridge to tilt. They say it was the huge piles of dirt dropped alongside the bridge supports by Jim Thomas of Keogh Contracting. Officials say the piles displaced soil underneath the support columns causing them to tilt. Repairs are continuing around the clock and will be paid for by federal emergency relief funds.

Another bear sighting in Burlington County, in a tree in a Westampton Township backyard Wednesday night. Police are advising residents not to approach the animal. A bear was spotted wandering around another Burlington County town Tuesday morning. New Jersey State Game officials say because the fierce winter destroyed natural food, bears have had to forage in more distant areas looking for something to eat.
