Teen dies after falling 8 stories from the Marquis Apartments in King of Prussia |

Last night, a 14-year old teenage girl fell from the eighth floor of her apartment complex in King of Prussia, PA. Shortly after the incident, she was taken by the Lafayette Ambulance Squad to Mercy Suburban Hospital where she was pronounced dead.
According to the Upper Merion, Montgomery County police and King of Prussia Fire Company, the girl climbed outside and accidently fell and it was not intentional. Her body was found on the parking garage of the building.

A 10 week old bulldog puppy was given up by its breeder because it was born with a severe cleft palate. The puppy, named Lentil (pictured) was adopted by Lindsay Condefer, the owner of Street Tails Animal Rescue in Philadelphia. Lentil has to eat through a feeding tube until old enough for a series of delicate surgeries. In the meantime, Lentil's Facebook page has over 50,000 Likes.

One woman was killed, and three others are wounded after a shooting in Kensington on Tuesday evening. The incident happened at about 6 p.m. at Lee and Somerset Streets. Police are also investigating another shooting that happened Tuesday night in Fairmount. A 47-year-old man was shot in the thigh. He was transported to Hahnemann University Hospital and is listed in stable condition.

The 6-year-old boy that was shot last night by a 4-year-old boy has died from his injuries Tuesday night. The two boys had been playing in the front yard of the shooter's home on McCormick Drive in Tom's River, Ocean County, New Jersey during the day on Monday. Around 6:30 pm the 4-year-old went inside his parents' home and came out with a .22 caliber rifle and his playmate was shot. The parents were home and the mother called 911. Charges have been filed in Boston against a bus driver who crashed his bus into a highway overpass in February. The crash injured 35 students and chaperones on the way home to the Philadelphia area following a field trip to Harvard university. That's the reward Krispy Kreme will give to Dr. Timothy Folkomer for being the first in line for today’s grand opening of its newest store in Havertown’s Manoa Shopping Center. Dozens of motorists were ticketed on Monday morning as Philadelphia Police conducted a major speeding crackdown along Kelly Drive. Police setup along the winding river side road just after the morning rush and pulled over anyone going over 50 mph in the 35 mph zone. After it was all said and done they handed out some 50 tickets. Funeral arrangements for veteran Philadelphia fireman Captain Michael Goodwin have been announced. Goodwin died battling a blaze in a Queen Village fabric store. Tuesday at noon there will be a memorial service at City Hall honoring Goodwin and two firefighters who died last year in a warehouse collapse. Viewings will be held Wednesday evening from 5 to 9 and Thursday morning from 9 to 10:45 at the Givnish Funeral Home on Academy Road.
