The first night of the Rolling Stones Concert 50 & Counting at the Wells Fargo Center was from a fans point of view a superior experience. I talked with many fans before, during and after the concert and they were anticipating something special and they and I got it. The stage was a giant set of lips even bigger than Jagger's! The Revel Resort in Atlantic City is emerging from Chapter 11 bankruptcy and will be changing its name. Revel's new name is "Revel Casino Hotel" and new ownership is rolling out a new marketing campaign focusing on attracting more gamblers. The original plan was to market Revel as a luxury resort.

James Gandolfini Dies at 51, Found Body in Allentown Blaze, Uptown Theater Tours

HBO and James Gandolfini's managers say the actor famous for his role in "The Sopranos" as Tony Soprano has died in Italy. The cable channel, and managers Mark Armstrong and Nancy Sanders, say the 51-year-old Gandolfini died Wednesday while on holiday in Rome. In a statement, HBO called the actor a great talent and a gentle and loving person. His film credits included "Zero Dark Thirty" and "Killing Them Softly," and he appeared in the Broadway production "God of Carnage."

Actor James Gandolfini, aka Tony Soprano, passes away at age 51

Actor James Gandolfini, who is best known for his role as Tony Soprano, the mob boss on the hit HBO show "The Sopranos," has passed away today while in Rome. Gandolfini portrayed Soprano for the entire run of the show from 1999-2007 and won three Emmy Awards.

He died of an apparent heart attack while on holiday in Rome. He was set to appear at the Taormina Film Fest in Sicily this week

Philadelphia Traffic Court, long viewed as a swamp of political corruption is now history. Governor Tom Corbett today signed legislation that transfers Philadelphia Traffic Court's duties to Municipal Court. The bill signed into law eliminates Traffic Court for practical purposes. The state constitution will have to be amended to formally eliminate it, and that cannot happen until 2015 at the earliest.

Police say two shoplifters made off with $600 worth of prescription drugs by concealing the items down the front of their pants at a pharmacy in New Jersey. The incident happened at the Rite Aid Pharmacy located on Blackwood Clementon Road in Clementon on Sunday. New Jersey health officials are advising residents of coyote sightings in Monmouth County. The Monmouth County Regional Health Commission says the sightings have occurred in the central coastal areas of the county. The sightings have not been localized within any specific neighborhood. The commission says coyotes are naturally wary of humans, but their behavior changes if given access to human food and garbage.

Woman from Atlantic City is sentenced to prison after collecting FEMA money after natural disaster

Debbie Hicks, a woman from Atlantic City, NJ was sentenced to 27 months in prison after being found guilty for stealing benefits from FEMA after the 2013 noreaster.

She received federal assistance because of her apartment being damaged after the 2010 noreaster. A FEMA inspector checked out her apartment and declares that her unit was uninhabitable.
