Philadelphia Police are looking for a serial rapist they believe attacked four women in the Germantown area. The victims include a 15 year old and 17 year old girl. The rapist is armed and has been captured by surveillance video. Police are hoping you’ll look at the video posted here and help identify him.

Funeral services for U.S. Sen. Frank Lautenberg will be held Wednesday at a New York City synagogue. The 89-year-old Lautenberg, a multimillionaire businessman and the last World War II veteran remaining in the Senate, died early Monday at a New York hospital after suffering complications from viral pneumonia. The funeral is planned for 11:30 a.m. Wednesday at the Park Avenue Synagogue in Manhattan.

Girard College has announced plans to end its residential program and drop its high school in an effort to stay financially afloat. Girard College is seeking the okay to operate as a first-through-eighth-grade day school, instead of the one-through-twelve residential school it is now. The Archdiocese of Philadelphia announced plans to merge 27 more parishes over the weekend. The announcement has many in affected Philadelphia and Delaware County parishes hoping there is a chance to save them. Authorities say a man was arrested after shooting into a crowd along South Street and then firing shots at police themselves, Sunday along the 600 block of South Street. Police say 42-year-old Isaac Carmichael threatened three victims during an argument in which the suspect had tried to make a pass at one of the females. A small plane that took off from the Philadelphia area yesterday crashed through the roof of an apartment in Herndon, Virginia when it ran out of fuel.
