Sarah Murnaghan, the young lung transplant recipient whose parent's challenged the donor rules for children under 12, actually received a second transplant after her first had complications. A judge granted the Murnaghan family a temporary retraining order allowing Sarah on the adult donor list on June 5th. The 76ers made some big moves last night in General Manager, Sam Hinkie's first draft. The Sixers traded away their all-star point guard, Jrue Holiday to get the sixth overall pick, Kentucky big man, Nerlens Noel. Noel was projected to be a the number 1 overall pick but slipped to 6 when he injured his knee. Still in the first round the 76ers took Syracuse point guard, Michael Carter-Williams with the 11th overall pick.

Authorities in New Jersey have indicted 23 people on charges they allegedly posed as business account holders to steal hundreds of thousands of dollars, withdrawing most of the money from casinos in Atlantic City. Acting New Jersey Attorney General John Hoffman said Thursday those indicted face racketeering and other charges for allegedly stealing more than $275,000 from 14 business accounts at JP Morgan Chase Bank between February and September 2011.

He currently hosts a show on 97.5 FM which announced the news today saying that “Dutch†hasn't been feeling well the past two weeks and went to a doctor who discovered the tumors. More federal money has been pledged by FEMA to reimburse New Jersey towns recovering from Hurricane Sandy. The additional $240 million brings the total to 90% of the total costs towns paid for emergency operations, repair and cleanup. The prior commitment had been for 75%, so the additional funding means big relief for taxpayers who will now pay for a smaller portion of the recovery.

Bail has been set at $1.5 million for crane operator Sean Benschop. He has been charged with involuntary manslaughter of 6 people and and 13 counts of reckless endangerment after the building collapse June 5th at the Salvation Army in Center City. Prosecutors wanted him remanded, noting he is a possible flight risk being a non-citizen. The defense said that Benschop turned himself in when issued a warrant.
