Philadelphia Police are asking the public's help in finding two people wanted in connection with a pepper spray attack in South Philadelphia last month. It happened on July 24th around 12:30 a.m. on the 1300 block of Passyunk Avenue in South Philadelphia. The two suspects, a white woman and a black man, got into an argument over parking with another person. Philadelphia Police have arrested a man who went for a swim without any clothes in the Schuylkill River on Wednesday. Police were called to the scene at the river near Martin Luther King Drive and Black Road in Fairmount Park at around 8 pm. Police officers in boats tried to reach the swimmer, but he refused to get our of the water. It took two boats of officers and a helicopter around an hour to get the swimmer out of the water. The man is now in police custody.

Several firefighters in West Chester were injured and residents and businesses had to be evacuated because of a fire and carbon monoxide leak. Smoke was first reported around 4 p.m. Wednesday on the 200 block of West Gay Street. PECO said an underground transformer caused the electrical fire. One New Jersey shore town is taking steps to address overcrowding by considering banning tents on the beach. Council members in Belmar have proposed a resolution that would ban tents and large canopies from Memorial Day to Labor Day. A Chester County man is under arrest after shooting his next door neighbor in West Goshen early Tuesday morning. The shooting took place on Monday on the 2200 block of North Fairhill Street at around 4:30 pm. Police officers responded to a call of an armed man on the street. A Burlington County woman has been arrested and charged with shooting and killing her partner in their Mount Holly home on Sunday. 28-year-old Laura Bluestein is charged with the murder of 29-year-old Felicia Dormans. Police have now arrested a man who was wanted for carjacking and armed robbery, as well as leading police on a chase Sunday afternoon. The suspect, Marquan Pitts, was said to have carjacked a SEPTA employee in the Spring Garden section at around 4 am. Hours later, the man committed a robbery in South Jersey, which then led to an on and off police chase that lasted around 12 hours before the suspect crashed his car at around 2 pm in South Philadelphia.
